INTRODUCTION

2024 Election Fraud – Why didn’t they steal it again? 

Well actually, they did steal it…  Eric Hovde (WI-Sen), Kari Lake (AZ-Sen), Mike Rogers (AL-Rep), Sam Brown (NV-Sen), 12 house seats, thousands of state and county attorneys, and school board seats.  But why didn’t they take the big prize; the Presidency?  “Simple”, says Elizabeth Nickson, “The bankers wanted Trump.”  But there has to be more to it than that.  

Whatever higher powers may have been at play in the 2024 election, it’s likely that the opposition also just hung back in the face of a true red wave, unfavorable exposure in the courts and online media, plus increased scrutiny at the polling places and the counting centers.  (see “Countermeasures,” below)  They played their tricks, but only up to the point where they stopped believing their own polling and realized that it was futile.

So, they will come back to fight another day to pursue their anti-American agenda.

EFFECTIVE COUNTERMEASURES TO ELECTION FRAUD IN 2024

United Sovereign Americans (USA) threatened injunctive lawsuits where ballots without valid chain of custody were about to be delivered to processing centers. USA has already filed NINE civil rights lawsuits under a writ of mandamus in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, Colorado, and Georgia. These actions bring official state-level voter role data and related analysis into federal court seeking an injunction against the use of provably broken state voting systems, the ultimate goal being a civil rights action before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Lawsuits by USA and others are meant to:

  • Remind all parties what is required to legally certify a federal election.
  • Turn findings of fraud or dereliction of official duties into evidence.
  • Make the public aware of election fraud operations and complicit legislators.
  • Force election officials to fulfill their responsibilities under penalty of law NATIONWIDE.

From 2011 up to the 2024 election the Election Integrity Project California (EIPCa)  has filed multiple election integrity lawsuits against Fresno County, Kern County, Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and the State of California.  They have also filed amici curiae briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court and trained thousands and thousands of California citizens to observe the election process in counties from north to south.  They have kept the pressure on state and local governments to maintain their voter roles, adhere to best practices at polling centers, and in all other ways demand compliance with election law.  Their work is an example of what similar groups are doing at the STATE and LOCAL level around the country and is an essential component in the fight against election fraud.

Major wins in TARGETED LOCATIONS around the country by the RNC ahead of Election Day (from Breitbart News Service):

  • The RNC filed a lawsuit over Mississippi’s post-Election Day ballot receipt deadline. It essentially allowed ballots received after the election to be counted, which is illegal under federal law.
  • A judge denied requests from leftist groups to extend the voter registration deadline in the swing state of Georgia. “Baseless attempts by leftist groups to change election rules do nothing but undermine the security of the vote. We are committed to protecting our elections, upholding safeguards, and making it easy to vote and hard to cheat in Georgia and across the country,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement at the time.
  • The RNC in August sued the “City of Detroit for their failure to hire a sufficient number of Republican election inspectors and allocate those Republicans as required by Michigan law,” as detailed in their press release at the time. They ultimately settled with the City, which agreed to change their “processes and protocols to correct this imbalance in poll worker assignments, ensuring that November’s election adheres to the legal requirements for balanced party representation, as nearly as possible.”
  • Montgomery County in Pennsylvania wrongly sent out ballots without conducting Ballot Accuracy Testing. The RNC ultimately filed a lawsuit, and the County confirmed their suspicions that they did not perform the testing.
  • Along with the Michigan GOP, the RNC filed a lawsuit against Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for “failing to properly enforce absentee ballot verification laws,” per the press release. As a result, Benson “updated her guidance to require proof that signatures have been verified before ballots are counted.”
  • The Trump campaign last month scored a victory in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, forcing Bucks County to extend its in-person absentee voting following reports that the county was illegally turning away voters.
  • The RNC, alongside the North Carolina GOP, took on the State Board of Elections for “unlawfully allowing digital student IDs as a valid form of voter identification,” and the Court ultimately ruled in their favor.
  • The state of Arizona — another battleground — will now be able to enforce its documentary proof of citizenship rule for voters registering to vote with the state form. Whatley celebrated the Supreme Court siding with the RNC and deemed it a “major victory” for election integrity.
  • Non-citizens can be kept off the voter rolls in Virginia following an order from the U.S. Supreme Court. As Breitbart News reported, “Federal law allows Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) to stop noncitizen voting by removing noncitizens from Virginia voter rolls.”
  • Republicans had another election integrity victory in battleground Georgia after the state’s Supreme Court determined that ballots received after the Election Day deadline cannot be counted in Cobb County. Whatley said of the victory, “Democrat-run Cobb County wanted to accept 3,000 absentee ballots AFTER the Election Day deadline. We took this case to the Georgia Supreme Court. We just got word that we WON the case. Election Day is Election Day — not the week after. We will keep fighting, keep winning, and keep sharing updates.”

FIGHTING FORWARD – 2026 AND BEYOND

“Fighting Forward” is a military doctrine that, simply put, means taking the fight to the enemy rather than being reactive and fighting them on your own doorstep. In the case of elections it requires being proactive to secure honest, legally valid, and transparent elections. So where does one focus scarce human and financial resources for maximum benefit?  Do you aim at the local, state, or federal level?  Here is a very brief look at that question:

LOCAL – The local Registrar of Voters are often satisfied with doing no more than what the state law requires, regardless of how inadequate it is for securing and legally valid elections.  The state shields them, lets them make excuses, and absolves them of liability.  Their attitude seems to be that they are doing enough as long as they meet the minimum state requirements.  And even if there was success in reforming one city or county, the effort would have to be repeated over and over again to have any meaningful effect.

STATE – The states set their own rules and illegally certify invalid elections because they can do so with impunity. Although elections around the country produce results that far exceed federal standards for voter role errors, election officials illegally certify them and are never prosecuted. So until a higher authority arrests them and puts them in jail for violating our civil rights they can ignore us and will not change their ways. They act as if they are untouchable and don’t have to listen or abide by the law.

FEDERAL – By starting at the lowest level of government and working up the chain, an action before the U.S. Supreme Court to protect our right to an honest and transparent election can ripple throughout the country, in every state and city.  In simplified form, that is the tactic being employed by United Sovereign Americans (USA).  The USA strategy does not propose specific remedies to the broken elections that can’t be legally certified.  They have a very elegant strategy that seeks an injunction against the use of those historically broken systems until and unless the various jurisdictions can demonstrate that the problems have been identified and corrected.  It more or less leaves it up to the states.

A Simple System Is The Best System

The USA strategy seems most efficient. If it succeeds in the Supreme Court the states will be enjoined from using their historically broken election systems. The states will then be challenged to come up with an alternative. But politicians cannot be trusted to come up with that on their own and are likely to use smoke and mirrors to create the illusion of a reformed system. Therefore, the public must demand that the states adopt a simple and transparent system according to a specific template.

Our current system is very complex and complexity produces many weak points that can be exploited by bad actors.  Phantom registrations that can’t be connected with a human being or a deliverable address can be created by the thousands through algorithms embedded in election machine software; online, mail-in, automatic DMV voter registration systems, or corrupt voter registration practices (see ADDITIONAL RESOURCES, below). 

Those phantom registrations generate ballots that can be accumulated and filled out by political activists as needed to produce a pre-determined outcome.  The ballots are then inserted into the vote tally by delivering them en masse through the mail, drop boxes, and corrupt operators within the election departments… all without a verifiable chain of custody. 

The modern pathways for creating fake voters and fake votes include:
1) Mail-in, online, or automatic DMV registration
2) Mail-in or absentee voting
3) Electronic voting and tabulating machines

We have to restore trust in our elections by adopting a simple and transparent system that shuts down those pathways for election fraud.

Even USA recently said, “Real voters, Real votes, Real counts, Real proof.”  So it would make sense to support the USA strategy AND push for the specific remedies below.

A Simple and Transparent Election System:

  • In-person voter registration with i.d., proof of citizenship, and residency
  • In-person voting with i.d. on hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots

Some will inevitably cry that it’s just too damn hard to vote in person, it’s disenfranchisement, it’s fascism, or worse.  A possible response to that could look something like this…

“Smurfing,” or how to donate millions to political campaigns without even knowing it.

A report by non-profit organizations, the Gibson Group of Maryland and Election Watch has exposed a large-scale money laundering scheme in US political campaigns. This involves the use of “smurfs” – thousands of individuals who make numerous small donations to liberal PACs, committees, or directly to candidates’ campaigns, in order to launder large sums of money. The report claims that over $200m has been laundered so far, with many of the smurfs being unaware their names and addresses are being used for donations. The investigation found that the smurfs tend to be primarily white, retired, liberal, and of middle to lower economic class. The use of multiple derivative spellings of names and addresses is a key method of structuring the donations. Some liberal PACs are also bundling up the money from other smurfs and transferring some of it to other PACs or committees. Smurfing is illegal, and if a political campaign receives funds illegally, it is required to pay the money back promptly.
