To paraphrase Stalin, it’s not the voters that matter, but the vote-counters. The problem: For years legislatures have been certifying elections managed through systems that produce voter role “errors” at a rate far in excess of legal limits. “Errors” are phantom registrations that cannot be connected to a human being or an eligible voter.  7% to 18% of registered voters in 26 states either DO NOT EXIST or reside at an address that DOES NOT EXIST. Phantom voters are often listed by the dozens at ineligible addresses such as laundromats, office buildings, vacant lots, Walmarts, or Manchurian restaurants. State voter databases reveal that phantom voters often exceed the number of actual eligible voters. Those “errors” produce ballots that can / and do get inserted into the vote tally on demand to produce a pre-determined outcome. It’s a common problem all around the country, where jurisdictions regularly certify flawed elections in violation of the law.

The solution: Citizens must re-engage to stop the worst election fraud at its source by enjoining the use of election systems that produce such massive error rates. A Call to Action

The system needs to be made more simple and transparent for secure elections:

  • Single-day voting
  • Election Day as a national holiday
  • Hand-counted, paper ballots only (Argentina does it, see, above)
  • Abolish mail-in ballots and absentee ballots (with only rare exceptions)
  • In-person voting with voter I.D. (the same as required to drive a car, cash a check, buy alcohol, fly on a commercial airline, get a library card, etc.)
  • Employ up to date technology and enforce the laws to prevent registrations for deceased, non-citizen, or phantom voters
  • No private money in the administration of elections
